“Cannes Accommodation” has been the commercial name under which we conduct our activity of renting out furnished accommodation in Cannes since 2001.

Today, it is a name that is well-known, recognised and associated with a hallmark of quality, by clients, by owners of apartments and villas and by Cannes professionals.

New companies regularly enter the market, offering furnished accommodation for rent to private individuals and professionals participating in the many national and international events for which Cannes is renowned.

We extend a sincere welcome to them all! The more competent professionals there are in the market for rental accommodation, the more clients will be encouraged to visit our famous city.

All the operators with a serious approach, respecting the laws and the ethical code of our profession, contribute to the growth of Cannes, a city that we love and want to see prosper.

Unfortunately, there are always companies which do not “play the game”, doing serious harm to the profession. Some avoid paying taxes; others – the commercial parasites – set out to prosper on the back of respected operators.

In order to warn you against those people who attempt to benefit illegally from the reputation of “Cannes Accommodation”, I invite you to download extracts of several court decisions which will help you understand our concern:
