When must I deposit my damage guarantee?

The damage guarantee deposit is compulsory. So as to keep your arrival procedure as simple and efficient as possible, the damage guarantee must be deposited prior to arrival.
Unfortunately we cannot accept deposit of the guarantee by cheque, other than by bank-certified cheque.

For certain rentals, the bond money must be paid by bank transfer, prior to arrival. This rule concerns rentals for any villa, for any apartment to be used (wholly or partially) as office facilities, or any apartment with our "de luxe" or "superior" rating (unless otherwise indicated by us). In all these cases, we can accept no form of guarantee other than a bank transfer. The full amount of the bond will be returned to you after departure, net of any charges levied in the case of damage, breakage and outstanding rentals due. Payment will be released following complete cleaning by our housekeeping teams and full inspection by our supervisory staff.

In any other case, the most simple means of depositing the damage guarantee is by credit card. We send you a form which you should complete, sign and fax back to us by return. On reception, we call our credit card centre to check the validity of the card and to ask for an authorisation number.
We will not cash money on your credit card except in case of damage, breakage or outstanding payments. However, allocation of the authorisation number may affect your credit limit. Consequently, we suggest that you check with your bank to ensure that your limit is increased if necessary, before your departure.

Can I cancel my reservation?

No reservation is confirmed until payment of the initial deposit (usually 50%).
Our company incurs costs from the moment your reservation is confirmed. Consequently, the deposits paid cannot be refunded in any circumstances. It is your responsibility to check with your insurance company whether you can get a refund from your own insurance.

Do you provide breakfast?

If you come outside convention periods, breakfast is not included in the rates quoted.

If you come during a convention period, you will find a welcome basket with tea, coffee, cereals, jam, etc. for your first breakfast.

If you ask us in advance, we will do grocery shopping for you and fill your fridge to your requirements. This service is always invoiced as an extra.

What are the days and times of check in?

Outside convention periods, rentals are from Saturday to Saturday. If you wish to check in on Sunday or late in the evening, this will be invoiced as an extra. Check-in takes place between 4 and 8 pm and check-out before 11 am. If you need to check in or check out outside these periods, please ask for our agreement well beforehand.
During convention periods, check-in and check-out dates and hours may vary. Please consult us beforehand.

Do you organise transfers between the airport and Cannes?

Provided you make your request 48 hours in advance, we can organise personalised transfers as required from Nice airport to Cannes and back again on departure. The cost of a single transfer is € 115 by saloon car and € 140 by minivan.
In the absence of a specific request on your part, we do not organise transfers. As a guide, the cost of a taxi for a single airport-to-Cannes trip is of the order of € 80 to 90.

How do I get my keys?

A few weeks before your arrival, we ask you to give us your travel details: mode of transport (plane, train, car,…), scheduled arrival time and mobile phone number. If you are coming by plane: your flight number and landing time at Nice airport. We also need to know the precise number of people occupying the apartment so that we can prepare the beds.

The day of your arrival, you should call our office (+33 (0)4 93 38 33 33) and we will arrange an appointment with you at your villa or apartment. Should you be coming by plane, please call us on your arrival at Nice airport. Should you be coming by car or by train, please call us one hour before your expected arrival.

For your comfort and to help us provide the best service, it is very important to respect these requests. Please call us as well if you foresee any changes in your arrangements.
Finally, we most strongly suggest that you pick up the keys to your villa or apartment as your first priority immediately on arriving in Cannes.

Where can I find help and assistance when in Cannes?

Furnished apartments by Cannes Accommodation

 

On arrival, you will be personally welcomed by a member of our staff. He or she will hand over your keys, take you on a visit of your accommodation, ensure that everything is clear and explain how to contact us at any time during your stay.

An emergency help-line number is at your disposal 24 hours a day. Of course we will be glad to welcome you in our offices at 2 rue Lafayette, in the centre of Cannes, during normal office hours.

Will we be able to use your apartments or villas for any purpose?

Our apartments and villas are rented for accommodation purposes only and for a maximum of 2 people per studio apartment, 3 per one-bedroom apartment and 4 per two-bedroom apartment. Higher levels of occupation require our prior approval. Failure to observe these regulations will generate extra fees or may invoke cancellation of reservation without any refund.

Should you wish to use your apartment as an office or to receive clients, please inform us on booking. You may be subjected to certain regulations for some of the apartments or villas.

Are your apartments and villas equipped with telephone lines?
Shall I be able to connect my laptop computer and check my e-mails?

Although many apartments and villas have telephone lines, some do not. You must check the property description we provide.
When there is a telephone line, we confirm to you at reservation time, the telephone number, and it's operating mode (telephone card, meter, etc...)
If no line is available, we can send you on request a list of cyber-cafés where you will be able to go and check your e-mails.

Are your apartments and villas equipped with WIFI Internet ?

Although many apartments and villas are equipped with WIFI Internet some do not. You must check the property description we provide. When the apartment is equipped with Internet, it is specifically indicated on the decription. If the description does not indicate specifically Internet, it means that the property is not equipped and it will not be possible to get Internet at any case for this property.
