What does our quality control programme consist of?

Our programme defines a certain number of steps that must be scrupulously respected during the preparation of a congress or a season.

As an example, each apartment rented for a week during a congress requires a minimum of
10 - 12 visits and inspections:

1. Delivery of the sets of household linen & welcome baskets as required by the rooming list we have obtained from the client.
2. Working visit by our housekeeping staff for in-depth cleaning of the apartment and its preparation prior to the client's arrival.
3. Systematic follow-up visit by one of our hostesses to verify the preparation work (28 points of inspection).
4. Any problem whatever resulting from this inspection automatically gives rise to a second visit by the housekeeping staff and subsequent inspection by the hostess.

1. Personalized welcome of the client. Each client is welcomed personally at the entrance to the building as he or she steps out of the taxi or limousine.
2. For certain events, this represents more than 600 individual welcomes during the day or at night, as necessary.
3. It is at that time that the hostess makes an appointment with the client for his or her departure.
4. During the client's stay and when it has been chosen by the client, our housekeeping staff come to the apartment once a day (except Sunday), just like in a hotel, to clean the rooms, change the towels and do everything that is necessary to ensure the comfort and well-being of the clients.
5. At departure time, the hostess comes to recover the keys and inspect the apartment.
6. The housekeeping staff collect the linen & clean the apartment.
7. A hostess systematically makes a follow-up visit to inspect the final state of the apartment.

This procedure enables us to guarantee a consistent and high level of service quality both to the occupants of the apartment and to its owner.
