It is not possible to update on this website all rates and availabilities.
|

Each day, we get new references of apartments and villas. Besides, their availability changes every day.
You may question us in order to get updated information. We will do our best to help you and to fulfil all of your requirements.

As an example, rates depend for the same apartment or villa on:
- the kind of services provided (see our page Our services),
- the period,
- planned use of the apartment: accommodation only, office, reception room...

The different tariff periods are:
- 1) During convention periods
- 2) Out of convention periods

1) Convention periods
1.1) Convention periods which last for an average of two weeks:
- Cannes Film Festival
Rates are a set price for a maximum of 14 days from Monday to Monday.
1.2) Convention periods which last for an average of one week:
- Midem, Mipim, Miptv, Fipa, Mipcom, Tax Free
Rates are a set price for a maximum of 7 days from Saturday to Saturday.
1.3) Convention periods which last for a shorter period:
- Itexpo, Mapic, Wam, Iltm

2) Out of convention periods
- Peak season: July 15th to August 25th included, weekly rates.
- Mid season: May to September included (out of peak season), Easter, Christmas and New Year holidays.
- Low season: any other period.
