year is that the washing machine really needs looking at as it didn't spin on it's own.
The agency were excellent and came over a few times to fix things that needed looking at.

The guest bathroom - shower door could not close properly resulting in flooded bathroom 4) The toilet in the master bedroom made a loud noise each time we flushed 5) It was too small for 3 pax. There was no space for the luggages I will not take this apartment again. Best regards, Zona Ann Pinto

Thank you very much for taking time to send your comments. You are a loyal client. Your dissatisfaction and your disappointment have touched me. You have been renting another apartment for a couple of years which is nolonger on the market. I proposed this apartment as I thought you might like it. Here are my answers point by point.

1) the floor was dirty : this is not acceptable and will be reported to our housekeepers. You have busy times in Cannes but you know we can be reached 7/24 during all your stay. Please remember that you could have given a quick call and we would have sent a cleaning team very rapidly.

2) the sofa bed was sinking in and not comfortable : I am very sorry for this uncomfortable situation. This is the 1st time a client complains about this sofa bed. We are going to inform the owner. Your comment will help to improve the quality of bedding in this apartment.

3)the guest bathroom : sorry we did not notice that point when we checked the apartment. Do not hesitate to call us. One of our handymen could have come to fix this very rapidly and avoid this unpleasant situation.

4)the toilet made a loud noise : this toilet is equipped with a Saniflo macerator. The flush of this system is indeed quite noisy

5)It was small for 3 pax. I understand you may have been disappointed. Some one bedroom apartments are larger than others but effectively this type of apartment for 3 pax is a bit small. Should you have a better budget next year, I will be pleased to propose larger apartments.

No TV in the bedroom, however one in the main sitting room. Shower wasn't the best - mainly the odd location of the shower head (which didn't work for a taller (172cm) person), I often found that water ended up outside the bath/shower. Had good kitchen and washing machine was useful. Thanks

I appreciated the small touches (tea bags and instant coffee) and the great clean up service provided by housekeeping. The Cannes Accommodations staff was efficient, available and friendly -- especially for my arrival and my WiFi start up. I would strongly recommend this company to anyone coming to Cannes for business or pleasure.

I wish I had met her many years ago.
She makes my life so much easier than it has ever been. She has the best listing; the best prices; and the most professional staff in all of Cannes, in my opinion. We have rented the same lovely apartment two years in a row and will continue to do so, year after year, if that remains a possibility.
I will never even consider using another rental agency for my executives who travel to Cannes.
Everyone should use this company. Each person is intelligent; responsive in a timely fashion; polite; professional; and always helpful. I even received a phone call alerting me to the taxi strike this year, which made it possible for me to get my boss and his colleague to the Nice airport in order to make their flight home. Their customer service is impeccable and incomparable.
I very much look forward to continuing to work with Caroline and Cannes Accommodations. Believe me, you will not be disappointed if you do the same.
